AI-Generated Data:
Our platform may generate transcriptions of video/audio content, summaries of responses, and AI-assisted interview coaching feedback. AI outputs are provided to assist users and are not used to make automated hiring decisions.

We use collected data to provide and operate the platform, facilitate employer–candidate connections, generate AI transcripts and summaries, improve platform performance and usability, communicate service updates and support, and ensure security and prevent misuse.
4. Video & AI Processing
Video submissions may be processed to generate transcripts and summaries. By submitting video content, you grant VidiHire permission to process and store the content to provide platform functionality. We do not sell or license video content to third parties.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with employers evaluating candidates, service providers (hosting, email, analytics), and legal authorities if required by law.
