6. Content & Video Submissions
Users retain ownership of submitted content. By uploading content, you grant VidiHire a license to store and display content, process content for transcripts and summaries, and provide platform functionality. Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
7. AI-Assisted Features
AI features may provide transcriptions, summaries, interview practice feedback, and job description optimization assistance. AI outputs are informational only and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.
8. Platform Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or suspend features at any time.
9. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, scrape or harvest data, attempt to breach security, or upload malicious content.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
